Following are some easy-to-do fat burning exercises that I personally use in my training.1) Deadlifts: Try doing 4 to 6 sets of 15 to 20 with only 30 - 45 seconds rest between sets. You can also try doing a higher number of reps if you want to.2) Barbell Clean and Overhead Press: I love doing these,botannical slimming softgels. Start by lifting the barbell off of the floor as with a deadlift. Use enough speed and power when lifting to accelerate the bar to under your chin. Then press the bar over your head. Bring the bar down to the floor again and repeat. Again, try to do 4 to 6 sets of these. I use a little heavier weight, relatively speaking, and so I only do a max of about 12 reps per set. However, if you choose to do more reps, adjust the weight down as needed.3) Barbell Squats: For years, I hated squatting. However, I recently have started to really enjoy my squatting workouts much more,botannical slimming softgels. I get a great feeling from having strong legs underpinning me. Try doing 4 to 6 sets of 20 reps. If you're already doing heavier squats in your training routine, you'll likely need to adjust the weight downward in order to get 20 reps.There you have it.
